YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AS A CUSTOMER OF Aristo Jewelry

Dear customers, as BUYERS you have the responsibility to choose the right product according to your needs. Carefully select the product specification to ensure that it will be useful to you. When purchasing, make sure that the selected product is in a suitable commercial condition, has all the necessary parts and accessories in the set and is intact and not damaged before leaving the site. Your signature on the document (invoice, goods receipt, protocol, etc.) certifies your agreement with the features of the product you are paying for, its appearance and integrity.

WHEN CAN YOU RETURN THE GOODS FOR A COMPLAINT?

In the event of a defective product, you have the right to advertise it provided that:

  • You have a purchase document and/or warranty card issued by Aristo Jewelry.
  • You have used the goods according to their intended purpose and/or instructions for use.
  • You have assembled the goods according to the assembly instructions. You have not treated the goods with substances and preparations that could cause damage to the constituent materials. There is no sign of intentional injury, accidental injury or misuse.

The complaint must be submitted to the store from which you purchased the defective product, to the Information Department, or to the authorized service center for the brand.

IN WHICH CASES CAN ARISTOO JEWELRY NOT ACCEPT A COMPLAINT?

  • When you do not have a purchase document and/or warranty card issued by Aristo Jewelry.
  • When the claim is outside the period regulated by the warranty card or by law.
  • When there is damage caused by incorrect or negligent operation, incorrect storage, excessive load or incorrect installation.
  • When the goods were purchased in a damaged condition or with missing parts, due to which you paid a reduced price.
  • When traces of the use of chemical substances and preparations are found that cause damage to the constituent materials or the appearance of the goods.
  • When the product functions as intended and no defect or damage is found.
  • When the goods are damaged as a result of dangerous weather conditions or natural disasters.

CAN YOU RETURN GOODS PURCHASED FROM Aristo Jewelry?

 According to the Consumer Protection Act, no retail outlet is obliged to accept already purchased goods, except in cases where the goods are damaged or defective. Despite the legal norms, Aristo Jewelry makes exceptions and replaces faulty goods under strict compliance with the following conditions:

  • You must present a document for the purchase made (receipt, invoice).
  • The purchased goods must be in perfect commercial condition and with intact packaging.
  • The purchased goods must not have been used or unsealed.
  • The period in which you can exchange the product is 7 days after purchase.
  • The replacement of the product can only be with a similar type of product (Example: you can only replace a purchased ring with another type of ring. You cannot replace it with a type of jewelry or another dissimilar product).
  • When you replace an item with another, cheaper one, the price difference must be utilized immediately by selecting an item from the store.
  • Aristo Jewelry reserves the right to not accept a given item for exchange after consultation with a store representative, in the presence of circumstances not described.
