Warranty conditions
The company "Aristo Jewelry" with Certificate No. 3496 from the Ministry of Economy, Art. 13, para. 1 of the Currency Law offers, manufactures, sells and processes articles made of precious metals and precious stones, guaranteeing the quality and sample of the gold and the quality of the stones.
All products that "Aristo Jewelry" offers are of guaranteed origin and have a certificate, through which each of our clients receives a guarantee for the product they have purchased. When making jewelry, our jewelers always use a quantity of precious metals, which will ensure durability and the highest quality of the product. The ARISTO brand offers only jewelry with a clearly marked weight, and the quality of each product is confirmed by a corresponding certificate.
The warranty conditions of the jewelry we offer are as follows:

6-month warranty period for all gold jewelry

12-month warranty period for all diamond jewelry
The jewelry warranty includes and is expressed in a problem that has occurred due to a manufacturing defect and covers claims such as stone mounting, defective clasp, a problem related to the factory processing of the jewelry, as well as size correction. The warranty on all diamond jewelry covers refreshing the jewelry, as well as scratch removal.
The warranty of the jewelry we offer does not cover mechanical damage caused by impact, scratching or dropping, re-sizing, loss of the jewelry, as well as adjustments not made by our jewelers. It does not cover replacement or claims regarding the quality of the stone or jewelry.
According to the ZPA, which Aristo Jewelry strictly complies with, our customers have grounds to file a claim for non-conformity of the jewelry or stones only if they are identified and available at the time of purchase of the item.
